At this time of year, I'm always glad to have a functioning furnace to keep me nice and warm. And in the sizzling days of summertime, my air conditioner is something I can hardly live without. In 1972, Lee handed the reigns of his company to his son, Richard, who diversified the business so it included both heating and air conditioning. Tony purchased the company from Richard in March 1995 with the goal of continuing to improve and develop the business.
