LIBERTY HALL CATERING AND RECEPTION CENTER

February 5, 2010

This is Rob Brough, Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Your wedding day is probably one of the most important days of your life. So much rests upon all the details you must oversee to make sure everything goes according to plan. What if you had someone who could supervise both your luncheon and reception? Wouldn't that make things much easier?

David Hall thinks so. And when he discovered that Manti had no dedicated reception and catering business, he set out to fix it. He purchased a historic building in town that had formerly been a Hudson dealership. It was also listed on the Utah Register of Historic Places. Upon completion of an extensive renovation on the building, David and his wife, Krystal, opened Liberty Hall Catering and Reception Center in Manti.

Liberty Hall Catering and Reception Center provides full-service catering as well as a beautiful facility for receptions, luncheons, meetings, community events and family parties. The facility has an impressive kitchen and lobby, state-of-the-art sound systems and speakers and a drop-down screen that can be used for meetings. It also has all the tools for creating a distinctive dance floor, such as specialized lighting, a fog machine and a stage large enough to accommodate a band.

Liberty Hall Catering and Reception Center also offers delicious homemade catering. Head chef Melinda Ward oversees the menu and provides a wide selection of culinary options to choose from, including traditional selections such as prime rib, chicken and blackened salmon, a selection of gourmet desserts and all types of drinks. Of course the Halls are always open to new food ideas that clients would like to see on the menu.

The entrepreneurial bug bit David early on, so he has been his own boss for most of his life. When he recognized the business opportunity in opening the reception center, he couldn't resist taking it. Incidentally, he says the center is named after his daughter, Liberty, who was born only a month before he and his wife purchased the building.

For Zions Bank, I'm Rob Brough. I'm speaking on business.
