RE-LAUNCH MY BIG IDEA.COM

June 30, 2008

This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

After working in the software development field for more than 20 years, Harold Madsen noticed a trend. While many companies were founded on the basis of a creative idea, growth and success had often come so quickly that some of the companies were floundering and had lost their original focus.

Harold realized some clients needed custom software and assistance with business development so they could return to their company's original focus. As a result of his observation, Harold created Re-Launch My Big Idea.com.

Re-Launch My Big Idea.com, headquartered in Provo, does just that — helps clients develop a success plan for getting their businesses back on track to focus on the original product or service their company was founded to produce. The Re-Launch team meets with department heads, employees and management to pinpoint problem areas and breakdowns in communication. From the consultation, Re-Launch uses a blueprint process to create a solution.

The software blueprint maps out everything from the details of the program to the timeframe it will take to create it. This method works well because not only does it give business owners a success plan, but it also cuts down on miscommunication and reduces costs. Even after the software and marketing efforts are complete, Re-Launch employees continue to help clients in any way they might need, which includes providing any software enhancements or updates.

Harold says Re-Launch My Big Idea.com is made up of "friendly nerds" who have the skills and experience to assist business owners. Although getting the word out has been challenging, he hopes to see the business grow as his team helps more companies re-focus with customized software tailored to their business needs.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
