C.R. DOORS & MOULDING, LLC

May 15, 2008

This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Jim Rohn, an American author and motivational speaker, once said, "Ideas can be life-changing. Sometimes all you need to open the door is just one more good idea."

The same principle often applies to business. Enterprising people see a business opportunity, draw up a business plan, and they are on their way to becoming business owners. That's how it worked for Clint Robertson.

Ten years ago Clint and an acquaintance decided to open a door shop and formed G.R.B. Inc. The business sold everything from exterior and interior doors to all types of molding, shelving and stair parts. The small company grew quickly and four years after opening, the business moved to its present location in Springville.

A short time later, Clint and his business partner decided to part ways, so Clint and many of his management employees pooled their money and purchased the business, now called C.R. Doors & Moulding.

C.R. Doors provides custom doors and finish packages that are tailored to fit the home builder's taste. This includes different sizes of base, crown, custom trim work and flexible mouldings in a variety of woods. As the company's reputation has grown, it has shipped its products to most western states.

One of the things Clint enjoys the most about C.R. Doors is its in-house hospitality. Employees receive free lunches every pay day, safety bonuses and family-oriented parties. The company also takes care of employees on the building site by providing bottled water, t-shirts and beef jerky.

Clint invites any potential customers to stop by the C.R. Doors & Moulding showroom in Springville to see the wide variety of products available. He plans to continue the company's reputation for excellent products and service.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
