KALLEE GENTA

May 8, 2008

This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Someone once told me that having insurance is like preparing for a disaster on a monthly installment plan. There's no way to know when something catastrophic is going to happen, and the way to protect yourself is through proper insurance coverage. It's just difficult to know which company, plan and premium are right for you.

Kallee Genta helps people through that process. She has been a licensed insurance agent for eight years now. In January she opened her own State Farm office in Ogden and says business couldn't be better. She loves insurance and the opportunity to build relationships with her clients as she helps them find the right coverage.

Kallee tells me her agency helps people manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected, through claims or losses, so they can protect their assets and liabilities. The business also helps clients prepare financially for future goals and offers insurance for all aspects of a person's life including auto, home, health, bank and retirement plans and investments.

Like me, Kallee is a native of Ogden and loves having a business in the area. The location has been a great way for her to reach the multicultural community. She has been heavily involved with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and loves the clients she finds through her association with it.

One of the things Kallee's State Farm office has become known for is the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies the staff hands out to everyone who comes into the office. Kallee says the cookies make her office unique and also shows customers her commitment to helping them find the right plan.

Kallee says insurance is so much more than coverage of your car or home — it's protecting your most valuable assets. She hopes to continue offering clients the peace of mind of knowing everything is taken care of in the event of an emergency.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
