As a long-time biking enthusiast, Kory Pitcher has been working in the cycling industry for 13 years. A little over a year and a half ago he took his biking enthusiasm to a new level by purchasing Joyride Bikes in partnership with his wife, Jennifer.

Joyride Bikes, located on Main Street in Logan, carries a wide range of products, including clothing, shoes, bike locks and helmets, for everyone from experienced cyclists to first-time riders. Bike selection varies from high-end road and mountain bikes such as Felt, Bianchi, Serotta and Intense to simpler bikes for those just getting started.

In addition to biking products and accessories, Joyride staff can also perform bike tune-ups on any bike, regardless of its age or where it was purchased. They also offer a service to provide custom sizing and fit for customers searching for the perfect bike. Kory says bikes are meant to be comfortable and if they aren't, something is wrong. His staff is happy to help clients through this process.

Kory believes anyone can be a cyclist regardless of their fitness level or experience. As experienced cyclists, the Joyride staff is happy to share their knowledge and help alleviate clients' concerns. Their motto is to treat customers as they want to be treated.

One of Kory's goals is to see Joyride Bikes become a destination for biking education where cyclists of all experience levels can come to have their questions answered and maybe even attend seminars. He feels cycling has many health and environmental benefits, and once someone understands those factors, they can go from beginner to experienced cyclist, with a little guidance.

Cache County, where Joyride Bikes located, is home to a wide variety of businesses, including several national and international companies. There are also many small businesses with long, proud histories of service to the citizens of this valley.
